bad moments, good moments

Hey! I heard a story recently.

I know someone who is going through a tough time. He works for a toxic company with unsupportive management, and his coworkers are scared to discuss this because want to keep their jobs during these trying times.

He did everything he could to find a new job, which is unfortunately not very simple right now.

He made an effort to speak openly with management, but it was not well received.

He attempted to enlist the help of his collaborator, but the collaborator informed him that nothing out of the ordinary was happening in the company, and that it was obviously not their fault that things were going this way.

In essence, this guy is demotivated, neglected by management, abandoned in the middle of the crowd, and stuck in his position with little chance of advancement or job satisfaction.

Have you considered how many of them are in similar circumstances?

Perhaps there is someone similar to him nearby? Please spend five minutes getting coffee with a coworker and asking how things are doing. Being kind doesn't cost anything, but it may sometimes make someone's day. And yours, too.
