Navigating today’s job market has become a kind of escape room.

If you want the job, you need to be prepared to:

1. Explain how to use a fork and knife on an inhabited island ; without a kitchen, plates, or context.

2. Describe what kind of cake you are - and why.

3. Demonstrate how you would respond politely and calmly to a colleague who is yelling at you in the office, just because they can. What exactly would you say?

4. Complete five IQ tests full of behavioral questions and logical puzzles - and remember, your face will be recorded by AI to prove you’re not AI. But don’t smile; that might make you seem unprofessional.

5. Rewrite every single work experience and date from your CV again in the company’s software, after already uploading your CV.

6. Wait approximately eight months for the company’s reply.

7. Finally, read the response!!
