We are officially entered spring . Delightful season, light, the bloossoming of flowers...
Do you have a special plan for the spring?
Perhaps small steps to relax or exploring new learning opportunities?
I have made decision to run more frequently . Throughout the winter , my activity was really limited - just once per month maybe... Yes, I was lazy.
This time I thougt to approach it differently - focusing on my own journey, without the pressure of competition, or personal trainers. I aim to listen to my own needs and refrain from comparing myself to those who may be better in sports than me.
Also - engaging in walking, observing your surrondings , and maintaining the positive mindset are effective ways for your brain to relax and rejuvenate.
