How to relax during difficult times?

Our daily immersion in the digital world, filled with social media and news, subjects us to a barrage of information, often negative and unreliable.
This constant input can strain our mental and physical health. To counteract this, we need to carve out time for ourselves. What should we do to find a balance , to understand the world but not going crazy with all these information around ?
Take 5 min only for you. Focus on what YOU can control.
Take a deep breath, concetrate on your body, on your feet, hands, heartbeat .
Speak outloud about something very easy and positive - like : I can breath fresh air in this place, I see spring coming and flowers blooming.
You're giving your mind and body a small, beneficial boost with these affirmations, even if it's not instantly noticeable, but if you remember to do it quite often , it will be beneficial.
We often fail to appreciate our bodies, but this is a simple way to give them the respect and comfort they deserve.
