Is diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging truly necessary?

My global experiences have shown me that shared experiences, intelligence, and collaboration unite us all. We often overlook our own advantages. Since we spend so much time at work, it's crucial to foster understanding and avoid dismissive 'buts.' Simply try to understand others.

I have some questions for you:

• Has your accent ever led to assumptions about your competence?

• Were you ever discouraged from pursuing

higher education by your family?

• Have your colleagues or managers

repeatedly misspelled or mispronounced

your name?
